Of late we've had quite a few people sending us emails saying they:
- Cannot signup to the forum/have no received their confirmation email
- Have not received a confirmation email from the support desk
- Have no received an email following the purchase of a product
In 100% of those cases the customer had an email which ended in att.net. For some reason att.net servers are blocking all emails ending in AffiliateWizard.com. Therefore if you've not received confirmation to a submitted ticket, received a download email following purchase or similar AND you have an email address ending in att.net then this is the reason.
The solution? Please re-send any support tickets from a different email address other than one ending in att.net and we will then be able to reply to support tickets sent in.
